Mr. King has represented defendants and plaintiffs in civil litigation for over twenty years. He handles a variety of claims and lawsuits on behalf of people who have been seriously injured and on behalf of families who have lost a loved one due to an automobile collision, plane crash, defective product, or injury on the job. Mr. King requires no fee up front on plaintiff’s cases and only charges the client a percent of the recovery.  (Contingent attorney’s fees refers only to those fees charged by the attorney for his legal services.  Such fees are not permitted in all cases.  Court costs and other additional expenses of legal action usually must be paid by the client.)  Mr. King will be happy to discuss your case with you at no cost and makes house calls and hospital visits when requested to do so.

Mediation and Arbitration

Mr. King is registered with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution in general mediation arbitration and early case evaluation. He handles mediations and arbitrations in personal injury, estate, and other types of cases for people either before or after a lawsuit has been filed. Mr. King helps people resolve their disputes in a peaceful and confidential atmosphere removing the aggravation and expense of a jury trial. Wills, Probate and Estates

Mr. King provides a variety of services to people concerning their estates and health care such as drawing up simple wills, "living wills", and other documents. He probates wills and helps with the administration of estates where a person dies without a will. Mr. King generally handles such matters on an hourly basis.

Real Estate

Mr. King closes real estate transactions. He draws up deeds, leases, and other documents needed in handling real estate transactions and usually charges a flat fee for each transaction.
